Rustic Turquoise provides One Year Warranty on manufacturing defects And 3 Years Warranty On Foam. Here are some terms and conditions for the Limited Product warranty. Goods shipped to and for use in the India warrants to Client that the Goods are free of material Defects in material and workmanship for one Year from delivery if properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions in a non-commercial setting. "Defects" are defined as imperfection in material or wooden frame that will impair the use of the Goods.

3 Years Warranty on Rustic Turquoise Sofas

What is Covered

1. Frame: The Frame structure for sofas is made in Solid Wood and uses Plywood for Support. The Wood is Seasoned and Sturdy. In the case of the wood frame not being robust or giving away during the warranty period, Rustic Turquoise will either repair or replace the product with a similar product or of equal value.
2. Foam Defects: Any Sagging Of foam Upto 3 Year is covered, Normal wear and tear or damage from daily use is not warranted.
3. Faulty Manufacturing and Construction: In case the product received is faulty: broken frame or arms, irreparably damaged upholstery and damaged foaming, rustic turquoise will ensure the customer gets a replacement. Claims for such damage must be raised within 48 hours of the product delivery.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

1. Defects caused by improper product storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use.
2. Defects occurring to the Goods after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
3. Normal product wear and tear due to age including wearing or staining or loosening of fabric or leather.
4. Variations of color or texture in Goods made of natural materials like fabric, leather, wood etc.
5. Commercial use of any Goods.


6. Damage to the Legs of the product, due to improper movement.

Return / Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Products must be in pristine condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Rustic Turquoise judgment of the state of the Products. Rustic Turquoise reserves the right to refuse any returns.

1. Overall Policy: Product purchased on Rustic Turquoise is eligible for return for reasons like damage and manufacturing defects within 7 days from delivery.
2. Damaged Products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid images/video evidence.
3. Size, Color & Fabric Selection: Size, color, fabric selection issues do not qualify for returns.
4. Handmade Variations: Minor variations in handmade products are not defects.
5. Discounted Items: Items bought in sales / discount are not returnable.
6. Custom Made Products: Cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded.
7. Return Fee: Up to 20% may be deducted based on the net bill value.
8. Return Packaging: Original or equivalent safe packaging is mandatory.
