Return/Refund Policy

We're here to create a better furniture shopping experience from top to bottom, and that includes a 7 - day return & refund policy Conditions as below -

Return Eligibility

Products must be in pristine condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Rustic Turquoise judgment of the state of the Products. Rustic Turquoise reserves the right to refuse any returns. Rustic Turquoise may request descriptions and images of the Products to determine the state of the Products before accepting returns. Failure to comply with requests by Rustic Turquoise may result in refusal of the return.

• 1. Overall Policy – Return A product purchased on Rustic Turquoise is eligible for return for reason like damage and manufacturing defects within the return period of 7 days from the date of delivery.
• 2. Damaged Products - Any product noticed as "Received in Physically Damaged Condition or Damage upon Delivery" has to be reported within 48 hours of product delivery, with valid images/video evidence of damage, to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 24 hours will not be accepted. In case of Partial Damage We will try to fix locally and in case its not fixed it will be either replaced or refunded.
• 3. Please note that customers are expected to read the product description and sizes before ordering and returns where customers feel the products are too big, too small, too low as well as reasons such as wrong colour/fabric choose do not qualify for returns.
• 4. As with all dyed fabric, colours can vary slightly from the displayed images and does not qualify for Free Returns.
• 5. As sofas are handmade, please expect minor variations from images in stitching, sizes and other aspects of the product. These are not defects.
• 6. Items bought in sales/discount are not returnable.
• 7. Custom Made - Most of our furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE 'CHANGE OF HEART' RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.
• 8. Return Fee Detail - Upto 20% return fee is calculated based on the net bill value of the items being returned. This fee compensates for the processing and restocking of returned items.
• 9. Return Packaging - Please save the packaging you receive from Rustic Turquoise to ensure the product is properly wrapped before return. Returns will not be picked up without safe and complete packaging by the Shipping Provider. If you have thrown away the packaging then please use a Roll of Corrugated Brown Paper and Shrink Wrap to pack the product properly and ensure Return Pickup happens smoothly.

Refunds

Refunds - All refunds will be processed once the returned items are received Rustic Turquoise warehouse and QC inspection is finished. Usually this takes between 3-4 days after receipt.

For all valid Returns, a refund will be issued upon receiving the item back in our warehouse. The refund issued will reflect in your account within 5-7 business Days.
