Shipping Policy

• We want to deliver our products to You as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
• Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are given in order notes and on the website.
• Our delivery is free to all major cities.
• All shipments will be shipped within 3 - 4 weeks based on your location.
• Door delivery will only be available where a lift is provided.
• Once an order is shipped from our warehouse, the maximum time for delivery will be 7-10 days within India. Exact delivery time varies from place to place.

Refund Policy

• Once the order details are confirmed, at the very same time manufacturing for the product will get started, hence it cannot be cancelled and payment cannot be reversed.
• Returns/repair will be accepted only for damaged products. Refunds will be provided only in case a replacement for the same product is not available.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
• Return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to goods in transit.
• Any products damaged post-delivery to the customer shall not be accepted for return.
• No refund or changes are applicable on minor carving work, design, measurements, color, or fabric color variation as it is all handwork customization.
